Terms of use

The rules for using Noxette. Last updated: 2026-09-27.

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the Noxette website and app, provided by the provider named in the imprint (“we”).

2. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). By registering you confirm that you are. Accounts of minors are deleted.

3. Consent and safety

  • Noxette is a tool for planning and documenting consensual activities between adults. Every person involved must agree – before and during any activity. A safeword or safe signal ends any activity, whatever the plan says.
  • Descriptions, suggestions, safety notes and wearing times in Noxette are general information, not medical or professional advice, and they cannot know you, your partner or your situation. You are responsible for what you do. Learn techniques properly, keep safety tools (e.g. safety shears) at hand and stop when in doubt.
  • Do not use Noxette to pressure, control or harm anyone against their will.

4. Your account

  • Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens with your account.
  • A dominant may create accounts for their submissives only with their knowledge and agreement; the submissive accepts these terms and the privacy policy on first login.
  • You can delete your account at any time in your profile.

5. Paid plans

  • Noxette is free. The paid plans Premium and Ultra add AI requests per day, as described on the pricing page. They are offered as a monthly or yearly subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase. All prices include VAT where it applies.
  • The contract is concluded with us when you complete the payment. Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel them. You can cancel at any time under Plans → Manage subscription; the plan then stays active until the end of the period already paid. We announce price changes for subscriptions at least 30 days in advance; they apply from the next period, and you can cancel before.
  • Trials, where offered, are free; the first payment is due when the trial ends, unless you cancel before. Each person can have one trial.
  • Lifetime means for as long as we operate Noxette.
  • Discounts and codes apply under the conditions shown with them (time, number of users, plans). Each can be used once per person, only one per purchase, and they cannot be exchanged for cash. Plans received with a code that covers the whole price run for the period shown.
  • If a payment fails, we may pause the plan until it succeeds. AI features depend on third-party providers; if they are temporarily unavailable, the rest of Noxette keeps working.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded. To withdraw, send us a clear statement (e.g. by email to the address in the imprint); the model form below can be used but is not required. Sending it within the 14 days is enough.

Consequences: we refund all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment. If you asked for a subscription to start during the withdrawal period, you pay an amount in proportion to the time the plan was active until you withdrew. For a lifetime purchase, the right of withdrawal ends when the plan starts, if you expressly agreed to the immediate start and confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal with it (at checkout).

7. Content

  • You keep the rights to what you upload (pictures, texts). You give us the right to store and show it to the people you share it with in the app, as far as needed to run the service.
  • Do not upload content that is illegal, shows minors, shows people without their consent, or infringes others' rights. Proof pictures and position photos may only show adults who agreed to it.
  • Suggestions you send through the website may be used to improve Noxette; we do not publish your name or email.

8. Availability and changes

We run the service with care but without a guarantee of availability. We may change or discontinue features. If we change these terms materially, we ask you to agree again on your next visit.

9. Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or the law. You can end the use at any time by deleting your account.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of service. Otherwise, liability is excluded.

11. Final provisions

The law of the country where we are established applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected. Should a provision be invalid, the rest remain valid.
